Day 0- Define Your Goals

The most important thing to do before the 30 day challenge starts is to set your goals.

The overall objective of the challenge is to create positive habits that will improve our health and well-being in the long run. Now whether its through better nutrition, more fitness,  smarter budgeting.. that is up to you!

Make your goals  manageable and challenging. The more tangible the list, the better. You want to be able to accomplish and check off goals each day.  Your goal could be to exercise everyday,  to cut out chocolate, or to attempt Paleo or clean eating.  It could be a list of foods you will avoid, or an amount of money you want to save.

An often used acronym for successful goal setting is SMART goals. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Result based and Time oriented.

Feel free to post your goals in the comments section, and then check in and keep us all updated along the way. If you want to keep your goals private, that is completely fine, but be sure to write them down!

We will be providing tips, sharing recipes,  motivation, and daily challenges to keep motivated and to encourage each other along the way.
